Chocolate Mousse with Lakanto Recipe

Chocolate Mousse
1 avocado
1/4 cup water or almond milk
3 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon mesquite powder
1 tablespoon of ground Lakanto (use a spice grinder or blender)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or 1/2 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla
Pinch of salt
Method
1. Scoop avocado into a food processor
2. Add water or almond milk and process with S-blade until smooth
3. Add all dry ingredients, stopping processor occasionally to scrape the sides
4. Process until smooth, taste testing often
5. Add more Lakanto if needed
6. Chill before serving
Note: the recipe might need more liquid depending on avocado

Can you substitute the Lakanto with liquid stevia drops?
Sorry Lee, but we don't have any experience with liquid stevia drips. I do know that many report a bitter after taste with stevia products, particularly in baking. This is not the case with Lakanto.
