Cheese Salad with Grapes and Pears



Try this healthy sweet salad with grapes and pears. Also makes a delicious dip.

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 2 ounces (60g)  grapes
  • 5 ounces (160g) pear
  • 7 ounces (200g) cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon (16g) Lakanto® 

Instructions

  1. Peal the Kyoho grapes, cut in half, and take out the seeds.
  2. Cut pear into small slices.
  3. Put cottage cheese, sliced Kyoho grapes and pear, Lakanto®  into a bowl and mix.

Cooking tips

  • For those who dislike blue cheese, replace it with processed cheese, cream cheese, Camembert, or your cheese of choice.
